Reports & Analytics Team
Step back from individual observations and look at ratings across your school. The header shows your framework, the total number of observations and the total number of rubrics rated.
School Overview
- School average by component
- The average rating for each rubric across all observations, on the framework’s scale.
- Rating distribution
- How many ratings fall into each level, with percentages.
Use it to spot school-wide patterns. A rubric that’s low across the school points to a topic for whole-school professional development rather than an individual goal.
Teachers Details
- Each row is an observed teacher with their number of observations, overall score and average rating for each rubric.
- Frameworks have too many rubrics for one table, so it shows one domain at a time. Use the arrow buttons at the top right to move between domains.
- Use the toggle at the far right of a row to show each of the teacher’s observations with its own ratings.
Reading the numbers with care
Most averages rest on only a few observations. Check how many observations a teacher has before drawing conclusions, and treat small differences as noise.
