Totals
- Observations
- The number of observations created.
- Reports Created
- The number of reports generated.
- Time saved
- An estimate of the writing time saved by generating reports instead of writing them by hand.
On a team, the totals cover your whole school.
Activity
The latest events, such as observations created and reports generated, with who did it and for which teacher. Each entry links straight to the item: View notes or View report.
Focus Team
Scheduled observations that need attention, updated in real time:
- Overdue
- The observation’s due date has passed. Choose Create observation to open a new observation form with the teacher already selected.
- Complete
- The scheduled observation has been done.
When nothing needs attention, Focus says so. Observations are scheduled on the Team page.
