Observations History
Every observation in one list you can search, sort and filter, with quick links to notes, reports and indicators.
What the list shows
- Date, Observer and Teacher
- When the observation took place, who observed and who was observed.
- Observation
- The lesson, such as “6th Grade Algebra”, and its type: Formal, Informal or Walkthrough.
- Score
- The average rating across the rated rubrics. See Reading the ratings table.
On a team, the list includes observations by everyone in your school. On a free trial, it shows your own.
Find observations
- Search by teacher or subject with the box at the top right.
- Sort by selecting a column heading.
- Filter by date with the gear button next to the search box, which opens the advanced filter with a from and to date.
- Show more or fewer rows with the show setting above the list.
Actions
- Notes
- Opens the observation form.
- Report
- Opens the report page.
- Indicator buttons
- The three small buttons show, from left to right, the ratings, the recommendations and the suggested goals, without opening the report. Point at a button to see its name.
