Everything about one teacher: their profile, every observation and an AI-generated summary across all of them.

Open a teacher

On the Team page teacher list, choose the blue info button at the left of the teacher’s row.

Observations

The Observations pane lists all of the teacher’s observations, with the same buttons as Observations History: notes, report and the three indicator buttons.

Teacher Summary Snapshot

The Summary pane holds the Teacher Summary Snapshot: a summary report generated from all of the teacher’s observations. It describes the overall picture, areas of strength and areas for growth.

  1. Choose Summary.
  2. Choose Generate.
  3. Use Export to download it as a PDF or Word document.

With only one or two observations, the snapshot says its conclusions are limited. It becomes more useful as observations accumulate.
