Users Team
Everyone at your school with a ClariLens account, and the tools administrators use to manage the team.
The user list
On the Team page, select the Users tile. Each user has a label:
- Administrator
- Can manage teachers, users and schedules.
- Observer
- Can create observations and see all school data, but can’t change the team.
- Individual
- Someone on a free trial who picked your school in their profile. They have no access to your school’s data or team features.
Invite a user
- Choose Invite.
- Enter the person’s email address and choose their role: Administrator or Observer.
- Send the invitation. They receive an email and join as described in Accept your invitation.
To bring an individual user into the team, invite them with the email address they signed up with.
Choose Invitations to see invitations you’ve sent.
Change a user’s role
Administrators can promote an observer to administrator or demote an administrator to observer with the arrow button next to the user.
Remove a user from the team
Choose × next to the user. They keep their ClariLens account as an individual user but lose access to your school’s data and team features.
